Method of preparation:
- Pour the contents of the packet into a wide bowl.
- Add egg or aquafaba and melted coconut oil.
- Knead into a dough until well combined and smooth.
- Wrap the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for min. 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, place on a floured board and roll out each part to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm.
- Cut out your favourite gingerbread shapes and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for approx. 12 minutes.
- Set aside in a cool place to cool.
- Decorate the baked gingerbread cookies as desired and store in a closed box with apple quarters.
