Oxymel is a full of natural ingredients sweetened vegetable-herb vinegar macerate. The name oxymel is derived from Greek and indicates the two main ingredients in the concoction. Oxy, meaning sour, pungent, is apple cider vinegar and mel or méli is honey. The other ingredients used to make traditional oxymel (oxymel) are vegetables, spices and herbs: garlic, onions, horseradish root, ginger root, cayenne pepper.
For whom: It is probably safe for most people.
Taste: A syrup with a refreshing taste with hints of garlic and ginger, balanced by the sweetness of agave and spices.
Smell: Vinegary and lemony.
Consistency: Clear or slightly cloudy drink.
Sediment: Over time, sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle. This is a natural occurrence! Simply shake the bottle before consumption.

Application:

The recommended dosage is approx. 6 tablespoons a day in two parts, e.g. in the morning and in the evening.
Some adults also use oxymel prophylactically, especially in autumn and winter, in an amount of 2-3 tablespoons per day, before or after meals.
You can add it to:
- cold water and drink it in your favourite glass of
- warm water to make a spicy tea
- juice or lemonade to make drinks that are great thirst quenchers
- sauces, marinades and salad dressings and it will enhance the flavour of vegetables and meats
Precautions: Oxymel is not a medical device or a medicinal product. Therefore, there are no rigid recommendations for its consumption. It is also not at risk of overdose.
Information for allergy sufferers: It may contain traces of sesame, mustard and nuts. It does not contain gluten.
Keep it in the fridge or in another dry and cool place, between 2°C and 8°C, away from light sources - both before and after opening. Therefore, once you receive the package, it is best to store it in the fridge.
