Naturally gluten-free flour, but people allergic to white should be careful!

Oats are a very healthy grain, which we eat far too little in Poland. Products made of it remain in the shadow of wheat, although in many respects they surpass it. Flakes are the most popular among oat products. In addition to them, you can also find oat flour on store shelves - very healthy, tasty and full of beneficial substances.

Most of all, oat flour contains a lot of dietary fiber. This means that this type of flour is suitable especially for those who do not eat light wheat bread, and also suffer from constipation. In addition, oat flour contains healthy fats, antioxidants and valuable minerals - including magnesium. It also contains iron, zinc, calcium and vitamins B and E. It is also worth mentioning about proteins - avenins - which in rare cases can cause celiac disease. Therefore, although oatmeal is naturally gluten-free, people allergic to this protein should be especially careful.

Country of Origin: Poland

Oatmeal is a natural source of:

- Magnesium - contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

- Iron - helps in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

Directions for use:

Oat flour should be reached primarily by people who do not like classic porridge and do not consume this grain in other forms. Oat bread is especially tasty - it is exceptionally delicate and very popular in Scandinavian countries. Another recipe for lovers of sweets are home-made oatmeal cookies - simple, healthy and just a few ingredients. This type of flour will work well in all kinds of baked goods, especially those sweet, thanks to its slightly nutty aroma. It is also often used in dishes for vegans and people allergic to dairy products. Thanks to its strong binding properties, oat flour gives the right texture to plant-based baked goods or pancakes, replacing eggs. You can safely use it alone or mixed with other cereals.
