Linseed oil - cold pressed 250ml, by TARGROCH - Source of Omega fatty acids!
Cold-pressed unrefined linseed oil is produced by pressing the seeds of the common flax plant. It is characterised by an intense yellow colour and specific taste. It is not as popular as rapeseed, sunflower or coconut oil, which results from its different application. However, linseed oil is a product well known to lovers of a healthy diet and cuisine rich in valuable nutrients. In order to take advantage of all its goodness, it is worth knowing how to choose the right linseed oil and not let yourself be fooled.
The greatest value of linseed oil is its high content of omega-3 acids, mainly α-linolenic acid (ALA). These are polyunsaturated fatty acids which the human body is unable to produce on its own. They are one of the most important building blocks of cells, create a barrier against many diseases, and improve the functioning of the entire body.
A diet rich in omega-3 contributes to improving mood, maintaining youth and vitality, as well as maintaining appropriate cholesterol level and proper brain function. Pregnant women and children in particular should take care of it, although statistically in Poland each of us provides the body with too little omega-3. The biggest obstacle is the limited number of products containing them and the tendency to rapid oxidation, i.e. the loss of health properties. These acids can be found in fish and seafood, as well as some species of nuts and vegetable fats. For this reason, high quality linseed oil is an essential component of the diet of vegetarians and vegans.

Directions for use:
Black cumin oil is perfect for salads, salads and other dishes served cold. Recommended serving 10g (1 tablespoon)
Linseed oil loses its valuable properties during heat treatment and should not be used for frying. However, it is perfect for making dressings. Each salad enriched with a spoon or two will gain a deeper flavour, become more nutritious, and fat-soluble vitamins will be better absorbed. Another way to use cold-pressed linseed oil is to make homemade mayonnaise or add a small amount to cottage cheese or smoothies. Served this way, the oil will become attractive even to picky toddlers and skeptics of kitchen experiments.
