Order & shipping information
Priority shipping is Evri, RM T24 and DPD parcel - orders placed by 2:00 pm, will be shipped the same day.
Other orders are processed according to the order in which they are placed, usually it is 1 business day, but it may depend on the number of orders or other random cases, so we reserve the right to process the order up to 3 business days
Weekend Dispatch & Customer Support
We may dispatch orders over the weekend to speed up delivery times.
Please note that customer service is limited during weekends, so we may be unable to process order changes, cancellations, or respond to enquiries
If the warehouse doesn't pack the parcels on a given weekend, they will be delivered from the first working day after the weekend or holidays. The scheduled delivery time of the goods should be counted from the moment we hand over the parcel to the courier, of which you will be informed by e-mail or SMS.
Free shipping by Evri is available if the product amount is over £59.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the payment for your order is registered. Occasionally it may find its way into your spam folder, so it's worth checking. If the message is not there then please contact us.
If your order is not yet shipped - we can still correct the address before shipping, so please email to us immediately: support@vesabeauty.co.uk with all informations.
If the order has already dispatched - unfortunately, we are not able to do anything then. The package will be delivered to the address you entered, or recognized as an incomplete address and returned to us.
If the package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because of unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will have to pay the cost of redelivery. Contact us.
If the package is returned for reasons beyond your control, please also inform us.
Depending on the option chosen, parcels usually arrive within 1-2 working days by DPD or Evri and 1-5 working days by Royal Mail. Please contact us regarding this.
Always take into account delays that are beyond our control only the courier companies. A parcel can arrive within +7 working days from the date given by couriers.
Please check if the address is correct, if it's partially wrong, it could cause problems.
If the address is correct, check if one of your neighbors picked up the package, if it is a workplace, check if someone else picked up the package.
If the package still can't be found, send us an email with this information and we will contact couriers to clarify the matter.
Vesa Beauty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you haven't received the ordered product, please write us an email with all the important information and photos, and together we will find the best solution to this problem.
Write us a message with a description of the defect and send photos/videos so that we can find the best solution as soon as possible.
Include detailed pictures of the package and information if it is the package that was damaged.
According to our Terms and Conditions, you can return a product to us within 14 days if it is unopened, unused, intact (including the outer packaging). For reasons of hygiene and health, as well as the shelf life of the products once opened.
If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Write us a message with information about your intended return.
Always send your products back to us well protected so that they can reach us intact. Write on the package: VESA & order number.
Once the parcel has arrived at the warehouse, the warehouse will unpack and inspect it within 5 working days. We will then make a full refund, a partial refund or in another agreed form.

Other
If a product you are interested in is temporarily sold out, you can enter your e-mail address next to the product. We will then notify you when the product is
available again.
If you would like to know the date of a specific product, please email us.
We offer products with shorter expiration dates at lower prices, and you will find the date information in the product description (then usually the dates of cosmetics approach 3 months and below, and food 1 month).
We usually answer messages from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (except on holidays).
At weekends, our customer support is limited, so we cannot guarantee assistance during these times. The best thing to do is to write an email with all the relevant information, we will reply asap.
