We’ll work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 2pm UK time are normally processed the same working day. However, Early Black Week is one of our busiest periods of the year, so dispatch may take slightly longer than usual due to high order volumes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

During Early Black Week, orders may move to processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed once an order has been placed.

If you notice a mistake, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders once they have been placed.

Each order is processed individually by our fulfilment team, so please make sure you’ve added everything you need before completing your purchase.
