Order & shipping information

Priority shipping is RM T24 and DPD parcel - orders placed by 12:00 pm, will be shipped the same day.
Other orders are processed according to the order in which they are placed, usually it is 1 business day, but it may depend on the number of orders or other random cases, so we reserve the right to process the order up to 3 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the first business day after the weekend or holidays.
The scheduled delivery date of the goods should be counted from the moment we hand over the package to the courier, of which you will be informed by e-mail or SMS.

Free shipping by Royal Mail T48 is available if the product amount is over £45.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the payment for your order is registered. Occasionally it may find its way into your spam folder, so it's worth checking. If the message is not there then please contact us.

If your order is not yet shipped - we can still correct the address before shipping, so please write to us immediately.
If the order has already been shipped - unfortunately, we are not able to do anything then. The package will be delivered to the address you entered, or recognized as an incomplete address and returned to us.

If the package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because of unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will have to pay the cost of redelivery. Contact us.
If the package is returned for reasons beyond your control, please also inform us.

Depending on the option chosen, parcels usually arrive within 1-2 working days by DPD and 1-5 working days by Royal Mail. Please contact us regarding this.

Always take into account delays that are beyond our control only the courier companies. In the case of RoyalMail, a parcel can arrive within +7 working days from the date given by Royal Mail.

If after +7 days from Royal Mail stated delivery date, the parcel is still not there, you must complete this form: https://www.royalmail.com/receiving/declaration-of-non-receipt

This is essential so that we can resolve the problem with the parcel.

For Royal Mail, check if the address is correct, if it's partially wrong, it could cause problems.
If the address is correct, check if one of your neighbors picked up the package, if it is a workplace, check if someone else picked up the package.
If the package still can't be found, send us an email with this information and we will contact RM to clarify the matter.

If after +7 days from Royal Mail stated delivery date, the parcel is still not there, you must complete this form, adding our email address support@vesabeauty.co.uk at the end of the form: https://www.royalmail.com/receiving/declaration-of-non-receipt This is essential so that we can resolve the problem with the parcel.


For DPD, the procedure is similar - check the correctness of the address, check the photo of the moment of delivery, whether you recognize the place and contact us immediately.

 

Vesa Beauty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you haven't received the ordered product, please write us an email with all the important information and photos, and together we will find the best solution to this problem.

Write us a message with a description of the defect and send photos/videos so that we can find the best solution as soon as possible.
Include detailed pictures of the package and information if it is the package that was damaged.

According to our terms and conditions, you can return a product to us within 14 days if it is unopened, unused, intact (including the outer packaging). For reasons of hygiene and health, as well as the shelf life of the products once opened.
If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Write us a message with information about your intended return.
Always send your products back to us well protected so that they can reach us intact. Once we have received your package, we will process a full refund or a partial refund or other agreed form.

If a product you are interested in is temporarily sold out, you can enter your e-mail address next to the product. We will then notify you when the product is
available again.

If you would like to know the date of a specific product, please email us.
We offer products with shorter expiration dates at lower prices, and you will find the date information in the product description (then usually the dates of cosmetics approach 3 months and below, and food 1 month).

We usually answer messages from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (except on holidays).
