Any returns must be in the original packaging as received items and with a note on the package or inside: VESA & order number.
Write us a message with a detailed description of the defect and send photos/videos so we can find the best solution as soon as possible. Include detailed pictures of the package and information if it is the package that has been damaged.
Depending on the shipping method, parcels usually arrive within 1-2 working days (Evri or DPD) or 1-5 working days (Royal Mail). Due to factors beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed by up to 7 additional working days. If your order hasn’t arrived please contact us.

If you would like to know the expiration date of a specific product, please email us. We offer products with shorter expiration dates at reduced prices—typically cosmetics with less than 3 months left and food products with less than 1 month. The date information is included in the product title.
