In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Vesa Beauty Ltd may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us [in order to collect your feedback and improve our services [and products]] (the “Purpose”). We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address, and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose. We would like to learn from your experience with the products you bought from us, while this will give our customers better information about the products in our online shop. We therefore publish product reviews on vesa.co.uk. Your experience have great value, regardless of whether you have a good or bad experience with the product. If you buy goods from vesa.co.uk, we would therefore like feedback on our products.
At vesa.co.uk, we collect product reviews according to the guidelines:
Our partner, Lipscore, sends an email to you as a customer 20 days after you place your order. Here we ask if you can give us a short product review.
You click on the link when you feel like it and have time to give your feedback. You give the product stars (1-5) and a written review if you wish. Your name will be represented in the review on vesa.co.uk. RIVO LOYALTY PROGRAM - When you create an account with Vesa Beauty Ltd, you are automatically enrolled in the RIVO Loyalty Program. As part of this program, you will receive email notifications about your accumulated loyalty points, available rewards, and special offers. These communications will help you stay updated on your progress and inform you of any opportunities to redeem your points for exclusive discounts or rewards.
Your personal data, such as your name, email address, and purchase history, will be used by Vesa Beauty Ltd and RIVO to track your points and manage your participation in the program.
