SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at VesaBeauty. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Processing
    Orders placed by 2 pm are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. We reserve the right to process your order within up to 3 working days in the case of high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Orders Placed on Weekends or Holidays
    Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed from the first business day following the holiday or weekend. Next Day Delivery shipments are fully dependent on the courier and his shipping rules.

  • Estimated Delivery Time
  • The estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier. You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your parcel is dispatched.

2. Additional Shipping Information

  • Combining Orders
    We reserve the right not to combine two separate orders into one package or changing the couries if there is no option for couries you selected. If you place two separate orders, they will be shipped in separate packages. 
  • Changes to Orders
    - please contact us  ASAP after placing the order - we will check if there is the possibility to make any changes. If the changes relate to the shipping option, there may be a surcharge charged if you choose a more expensive option.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Confirmation and Tracking
    After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

  • Safe Place Delivery
    IMPORTANT! If you choose a Safe Place delivery option, full responsibility for the package lies with you. Vesa Beauty is not responsible for deliveries to Safe Place locations.

 

4. Delivery

  • Missing / Late Package
    If your package has not arrived on time, please contact us. Also, check that the address provided on your order is correct, and confirm that neighbours or colleagues have not accepted the parcel on your behalf. For delays with Royal Mail please allow up to 7 working days for investigation.

  • Reporting Damages
    If your package is damaged during transit, please take photos and record a video before opening it. Clear photo documentation showing visible damage of package and all products and the address label is essential to process any claim.


5. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available only once per order.
    If the customer does not pick up the package, gives the wrong address, or for any other reason it is not delivered due to the customer's fault, Vesa Beauty Ltd will not offer free re-shipping. In the event of cancellation of the order, the cost of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. In the event of a re-shipment, the customer will have to pay for the re-shipping costs to fulfill the order.

 

6. Shipping options & costs

  • FREE DELIVERY for Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Nothern Irelands, Highlands - for orders over £59 - Royal Mail Tracked48
  • Royal Mail Tracked48 (2-5 business days) - £3.98
  • Royal Mail Tracked24 (1-3 business days) - £4.99
  • Orders over £70 are shipped using a signed-for delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and securely.

The actual parcel weight might be different from the one presented at the checkout as there is additional packaging included. The difference might be +/- 250g. The difference might also occur due to scale inaccuracy.

International shipping times / additional fees / Damages ect.

Delivery within 3-21 business days. In some countries, additional duties and taxes may be charged upon receipt of your shipment. The recipient is responsible for the payment of customs duties and taxes. VESA BEAUTY LTD is under no obligation to inform customers of such additional costs and has no obligation to reimburse the customer for these costs. Vesa Beauty Ltd is not responsible for failure to collect the package from customs and/or failure to pay duty or tax, and in the event of damage to the package by customs, Vesa Beauty Ltd is not obliged to compensate for the order. The parcels are sent with the attached declaration CN22 or CN23, Vesa Beauty Ltd will make every effort to ensure that the declarations are completed correctly.

 

Vesa Beauty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Different regions may have different shipping prices. The exact prices for shipping to the selected country will appear when you process the order during the selection of the shipment.

We reserve the right to ship your order in separate packages.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. There may be a case of natural disaster or any other situation that may impact delivery timelines for national and international services. In that case please allow additional 10-20 working days for national deliveries and 20-120 days for international deliveries.

 

Damages

Vesa Beauty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
