- Fish collagen - collagen is a natural protein which accounts for over 30% of all proteins in the human body. It is the basic component of connective tissue, bones, hair, and skin. 

- Dry extract of grape seeds (Vitis vinifera L.) including OPCs (oligoproanthocyanidins) - Common grape vine demonstrates antioxidative action, helps reduce cellulite, lose weight, and control body mass. Grape seeds contain antioxidants that greatly benefit the skin, especially flavonoids, such as oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC).

Has GlowMe been tested?

Why does the size of the collagen molecule matter? 
Usually, orally administered collagen in food supplements has a molecular weight of more than 3000 Da, but the process of hydrolysis can reduce it. The lower the molecular weight of the collagen, the easier it is to assimilate. This means the hydrolysate is more likely to be absorbed by the body and distributed to tissues.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use the GlowMe supplement?
The product should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, LittleMe trimester 1, LittleMe trimester 2 and 3 and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement was created. This is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy. When is it best to take GlowMe - before, after, or with a meal?
Use supplements as instructed on the label and on the box. It is recommended to take HL products always after a meal to minimize the risk of any gastrointestinal discomfort. The GlowMe can be taken during a meal or even added to a cocktail or smoothie.
Due to the content of vitamin C, it is best not todrink coffee, strong tea, caffeinated drinks, or alcohol immediately after taking the GlowMe supplement.

Can GlowMe be mixed with warm meals?
Do not add GlowMe to hot drinks, such as coffee or tea. Collagen is a protein — it may set at high temperatures and thus lose its properties.

Can I supplement BeautyMe and GlowMe collagen at the same time?
It is not recommended to use GlowMe dietary supplement with BeautyMe together, as some of their ingredients are the same (for example collagen, vitamin C).

Does the GlowMe contain any calories?
Collagen is a protein, which means it has 360 kcal per 100 g, so the daily recommended portion (4 g) provides 15 kcal.

Can GlowMe be used during laser hair removal teratments?
When undergoing laser treatments, food supplements containing vitamin A (e.g. NewMe, SmartMe, or GlowMe) are not recommended.

Which collagen should I choose: GlowMe or BeautyMe?
