Key ingredients:

- CURCUGEN™ dry extract of the rhizome of the long-stemmed thistle including curcuminoids - Curcumin is an active organic compound isolated from the rhizome of the long-stemmed thistle (Curcuma longa). Curcumin contributes to maintaining immune system performance, maintaining allergy resistance, supporting liver function and facilitating digestion, as well as exhibiting significant antioxidant properties.

- Black pepper fruit extract - Piperine contained in black pepper fruit supports secretion of digestive juices (gastric, pancreatic, intestinal) and improves food digestion. It supports the proper functioning of the liver and also influences the absorption of nutrients such as curcumin (increasing curcumin availability), vitamin A, B6 and C, selenium, beta-carotene or coenzyme Q.

Recommended intake:

Adults: 2 capsules daily

Has CurcuminMe been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for mold, yeast, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Why is CurcuminMe not in micelle form?

The turmeric extract present in the food supplement CurcuminMe is in a polarised form to avoid additional substances in the formula and to preserve its natural formulation. The slow release of the molecules into the body means that the supplement can even be used for a longer period of time. In the case of the micellar form, to increase the bioavailability of curcuminoids, they are combined with other substances, mainly stabilizers, which we did not want to add to our product.

Can I combine CurcuminMe with other HealthLabs supplements?

Yes, the CurcuminMe supplement can be combined with all Health Labs Care brand products.

I use turmeric as a spice. Isn't that enough?

Turmeric (spice) is very poorly absorbed by the body because it contains a small amount of curcuminoids (active ingredients). It only has flavour benefits and gives a beautiful colour and smell. If you are considering curcumin supplementation, pay attention to its bioavailability and high curcuminoid content.

How long can I supplement with CurcuminMe?

The recommended daily serving of CurcuminMe food supplement is 2 capsules per day for 3 months. After this time, you should take a 1-2 month break.

When to take CurcuminMe - before, after or with a meal?

Use food supplements according to the information on the packaging and label. It is recommended to take HealthLabs products after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. Coffee, strong tea, caffeinated beverages and alcohol are not recommended immediately after taking the supplements.
