Food supplement IntiMe is an intimate probiotic, which, in contrast to many preparations available on the market, is used orally. IntiMe dietary supplement is the first, and so far the only, product available in Poland which contains lyophilised live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856 protected by many international patents. - Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856 comes from the Lesaffre yeast strain collection. This strain, like other types of yeast, secretes saccharolytic enzymes, which contribute to the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I- 3856 is a probiotic strain.

- You have a problem with vaginal irritation and infections

- You have undergone or are undergoing a topical vaginal antibiotic or antifungal treatment

- You travel a lot or you plan to change your place of stay, so you are exposed to a change of the vaginal environment

Recommended intake:

Adults: 1 capsule daily - after a meal

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human organism. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Store: in tightly closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light. It is recommended to store the product in a cool place (at 5-10°C, preferably in a refrigerator). To be consumed within 2 months of opening the package.

Has IntiMe been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for mold, yeast, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Each batch of supplements is tested in an independent, certified J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory, which meets the highest quality standards, confirmed, among others, by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and by membership in national and international organisations, such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and GAFTA (Grain & Feed Trade Association).

How long should I use IntiMe?

A minimum of 2 months, ideally 3 (in scientific studies using this strain, oral supplementation lasted min. 2 months). For longer use, e.g. half a year, a break of 1.5 or 2 months should be taken after about 1.5 - 2 months.

With which other HealthLabs products can I combine LittleMe?

The product should not be taken at the same time with food supplements such as ProbioticMe or HealMe.

If you have intestinal problems and are taking ProbioticMe at the same time (twice a day - after breakfast and after dinner), the IntiMe food supplement should be taken in the middle of the day (after lunch).

If indicated, the supplement IntiMe can be used in rotation (interchangeably) with ProbioticMe, e.g. one preparation is used for 1 or 2 months, and then the other one for a similar period of time. The optimal length of the rotational use is about 4 to 6 months, followed by a break of 2 months.

When to take IntiMe - before, after or with a meal?

Use food supplements according to the information on the package and the label. It is recommended to take HealthLabs products always after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. Within an hour of taking the probiotic, you should avoid hot liquids and food, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and carbonated drinks.

From what age can I use IntiMe?

The food supplement IntiMe can be used from the age of 16.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use the IntiMe supplement?

The LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement was developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
