Key active ingredients:

- Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

- Vitamin A takes part in the proper functioning of the immune system and additionally helps to maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes and has a positive effect on the condition of our skin.

- Vitamin D3 is necessary for the proper work of the nervous, immune and muscular systems. It also regulates the calcium-phosphorus balance in the body by balancing the abnormal calcium-phosphorus ratio.

- Omega 3 - Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

- Omega 6 - Linoleic acid (LA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Recommended intake:

Adults: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) - after a meal

Has SmartMe been tested?

Can SmartMe be taken while undergoing laser hair removal treatments?

When undergoing laser treatments, dietary supplements containing vitamin A (NewMe, SmartMe, or GlowMe) are not recommended.

With which other HealthLabs supplements can SmartMe be combined?

SmartMe can be taken together with all HL supplements. However, make sure your diet (including any other supplements you are taking) does not contain too much vitamins A and E (an excess of these vitamins can cause hypervitaminosis, which is associated with side effects such as nausea, headaches, muscle weakness, etc.).

What is the shelf life of the SmartMe supplement?

SmartMe has a 12-month shelf life when unopened. After opening, it's recommend using it within 2 months and keeping it refrigerated.

Why should SmartMe be refrigerated after opening?

To ensure product safety, it should be refrigerated right after opening. If the product is opened and stored at room temperature, it may go rancid much more quickly. If the product starts tasting bitter, it is possible that the peroxide value and the acid number have gone up.

What does the 25-hydroxy vitamin D blood test recommended for NewMe and SmartMe mean?

This test measures the total concentration of 25-hydroxy vitamin D (calcidiol) and other hydroxylated vitamin D derivatives. Knowing your vitamin D level is important in the diagnosis and treatment of rickets, osteomalacia, and osteoporosis. It is also useful when planning and monitoring supplementation with vitamin D derivatives. A vitamin D test is recommended in order to determine the severity of any deficiency you may have.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women take the SmartMe?
