Have the My Perfect Look food supplements been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for the presence of moulds, yeast, bacteria (including the presence of Escherichia coli, the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, the presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (the sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Tests of each batch of supplements are carried out in an independent certified J.S. How should I use My Perfect Look supplement kit during the day?

The following supplementation regimen is suggested:

- NewMe Day - 1 capsule after breakfast

- ShineMe - 1 sachet after breakfast

- GlowMe - 1 sachet after lunch

- NewMe Night - 1 capsule after dinner

Within an hour of taking the supplements, avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and carbonated drinks (especially those containing acids such as cola and pepsi).

Can supplements be used during laser hair removal?

NewMe and GlowMe are not recommended when using laser treatments as they contain vitamin A.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use My Perfect Look?

A LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy. Remember that for your safety, we recommend consulting your doctor before any supplementation.

When to take collagen - before, after or with a meal?

Use food supplements according to the information on the packaging and label.  It is advisable to take the products after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. You can also take the dietary supplement GlowMe with a meal, for example, and add it to smoothies or shakes.

Due to the presence of vitamin C, the consumption of coffee, strong tea, caffeinated drinks and alcohol is not recommended immediately after taking the GlowMe supplement.
