Levann "jA" Kick the Barre Longevity is a multi-ingredient powdered food supplement developed for adults who want to take a considered approach to physical activity and everyday nutritional support. Directions for use:

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (6.2 g) in 200 ml of lukewarm water, stirring vigorously for approximately one minute. Best consumed immediately after preparation. The recommended daily intake is 1 sachet.
