OMO hair care method

The protein conditioner works perfectly within the OMO method (conditioner-wash-conditioner):

• O - before washing, apply conditioner to the hair below ear level to pre-condition and protect it.
• M - without rinsing the first conditioner, apply shampoo to the scalp and roots, then rinse.
• O - after rinsing, apply conditioner again, leave for about 2 minutes and rinse.
