Properties of honey with apple and cinnamon:
- the base of honey with apple and cinnamon is multiflorous honey - known for its unique properties supporting the body in the fight against diseases of the upper respiratory tract, such as atopic asthma or hay fever
- multiflorous honey is a creamy effect of bees' work - its natural property is the high content of easily digestible simple sugars
- the addition of 5% freeze-dried apples strengthens the honey with the properties of fresh Polish apples - in the process of freeze-drying the fruits retain all their nutritional values
- the addition of 1% cinnamon gives the whole spicy flavor and aroma of apple pie, but not only. Cinnamon has warming and anti-inflammatory properties
- multiflower honey consumed regularly will help build the body's immunity, which may turn out to be crucial in susceptibility to infections in transitional periods, e.g. in autumn and winter
How to use honey with apple and cinnamon?
We tweaked sweet honey with the addition of freeze-dried apple fruit with a pinch of cinnamon. We have obtained the perfect proportions that taste and smell reminiscent of warm apple pie freshly taken from the oven, and the joy of eating honey with apple and cinnamon straight from the jar is simply unearthly. Put honey on sandwiches, add to cooled tea and herbal infusions for a warming, spicy-sweet drink. It also works well as a topping for ice cream, an addition to cakes and wherever the sweet, healthy taste of apple cake is desired. Bless you!
Natural bee honey crystallizes. Honey can crystallize from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can bring it back to a liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but protect it from sunlight on a daily basis and do not store it at a temperature higher than 18°C.
If you are buying a larger supply, store them in a cool and dark place.
