Supermusli Energy is an interesting combination of muesli with delicious SuperFoods. This muesli is characterised by its high content of dietary fibre. The muesli is a source of magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of feelings of tiredness and fatigue, and also helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Potassium, on the other hand, helps in the proper functioning of muscles, but also helps in maintaining normal blood pressure. Key ingredients:
- Maca root powder is an excellent source of protein containing essential amino acids. Maca is rich in vitamin B2 which reduces the feeling of fatigue. Maca root powder is regarded as a food for supporting endurance, boosting energy and improving sexual performance. The indigenous peoples of Peru already benefited from the plant, for whom maca was a valuable food that provided all the necessary nutrients.
- Dried mulberry is high in vitamin C and iron. Iron is involved in haematopoietic processes, so deficiencies can result in a decrease in energy. The vitamin C present in mulberry not only supports the immune system, but also increases the absorption of iron.

Directions for use:
Best consumed at breakfast. The muesli can be added to yoghurt or plant-based alternatives to cow's milk, such as soya drink. It can also be taken as a snack during the day.
