Supermusli Focus is an interesting combination of muesli with delicious SuperFoods. Crushed raw cocoa beans have been added to roasted wheat flakes and wholemeal rye flakes, and the whole thing is topped off with caramel-nut matcha and dried mulberry fruit. The muesli is a source of magnesium, which contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness and also helps the nervous system to function properly.
Key ingredients:
- Cocoa has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system and improves cognitive function. The theobromine present in raw cocoa increases the release of neurotransmitters that reduce fatigue. Cocoa also contains valuable minerals such as magnesium to improve concentration and memory and iron to prevent feelings of fatigue, as well as zinc to support the immune system.
- Maca root powder is a plant already valued by the indigenous Peruvians as an effective means of strengthening and improving endurance. Among other things, maca contains magnesium, which is essential for the good functioning of the nervous system. Thanks to healthy fatty acids, this Peruvian ginseng supports memory and improves brain function.
- Dried mulberry fruit adds energy and improves cognitive function. And in addition, they contain high amounts of vitamin C and iron.
Directions for use:
A suggestion for breakfast or a snack during the day. Add the delicious muesli to yoghurt or pour it over a plant-based drink such as soya. In the morning, muesli will help to wake you up (muesli also has coffee added) and will keep you full for a long time thanks to its high fibre content. Due to the addition of coffee, it is not recommended to serve to children.
