How to use:

Recommended daily serving: 15ml. Shake well before use. Measure the recommended amount and enjoy directly or dilute with water. Preferably take with a meal. Intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions:

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not take if you are using anticoagulant medicines that act as vitamin K antagonists. Not suitable for individuals with kidney stones or a predisposition to developing kidney stones. Before starting supplementation, it is recommended to have your blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] level tested and discuss the result with a doctor or pharmacist.
