Directions for use:

Sift 1-2g of matcha powder (approximately 1 level teaspoon) into a bowl to remove lumps. Pour in about 60-70ml of hot water at 75-85 C. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 15-30 seconds until a uniform, frothy infusion is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation,
