Directions for use:
Apply the liquid to a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. To remove eye makeup, hold the soaked pad on the closed eyelid and pull down towards the eyelashes. After removing makeup, rinse your face with water, then move on to the next stage of facial cleansing (such as gel).
