Can I use OmegaMe FORTE if I am already using SmartMe and/or HealMe, which are sources of plant-based omega 3 acids?
Yes, plant-based omega 3 acids have other functions in the body. ALA acid (contained in the SmartMe and HealMe food supplements) helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol and protects the body from free radicals. EPA and DHA acids, which are contained in the OmegaMe FORTE food supplement, support the heart, vision and contribute to the proper functioning of the brain, among other things. However, it is worth paying attention to the duplication of vitamin A and D in the supplementation, so that the daily requirement for this component is not exceeded.

Is there a fishy aftertaste and is there a fish bounce when taking OmegaMe FORTE? How can this be remedied?
The product contains natural orange oil, which neutralises the fishy aftertaste. If, however, you sense it, start by checking that the product has been stored correctly and that the shelf life has not expired after the initial opening, so that oxidation and rancidity of the fats have not occurred. If this is the case, the food supplement should be discarded.
Try taking the OmegaMe FORTE supplement after a meal that is not too heavy and contains fats.
If the above methods do not work, the rebound problem may also be due to dysfunction of the pancreas, gallbladder or duodenum (digestive tract). Consult your doctor for proper fat digestion as a priority.
