Characteristics and properties of the mix

The mix is based on rice flour and tapioca flour, which provide a delicate texture while helping the gingerbread maintain the right softness and consistency. How to prepare the gingerbread biscuits

  • Pour the contents of the packet into a mixing bowl.
  • Add an egg or aquafaba, along with melted coconut oil.

  • Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Divide into two parts and roll each to approximately 0.5 cm thickness.
