What will you need?
- 400 ml coconut milk (approx. 18% fat)
- 1 sachet of mix (130 g)
- Blender
- Moulds or freezer container
How to make homemade pistachio ice cream?
- Pour 400 ml of coconut milk into a tall container.
- Pour the entire contents of the sachet into the container with the milk.
- Blend thoroughly with a blender – the mixture should be smooth.
- Pour into moulds or a container and place in the freezer.
- The freezing time depends on the size of the container.
- At a temperature of -17°C, the freezing time for ice cream moulds is approx. 2.5 hours. For larger containers, the freezing time is 1.5 to 2 hours – the mixture should reach a consistency that can be transferred to a salad bowl.
- Serve with your favourite toppings – e.g. freeze-dried fruit or creams from Foods by Ann.
