Properties: 

When drinking this sourdough, the bubbles will tickle your tongue and gently shoot up your nose as it is slightly effervescent. Its gassiness or turbidity are natural phenomena, typical of products that develop during fermentation.

This 'live' beetroot sourdough is worth including in a diabetic diet. It is a product with a low glycaemic index and contains naturally occurring sugars.

The Medical University of Lodz has shown that it contains live cultures of the probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium (2.7 x 10⁵ CFU/ml), which have a positive effect on the human body. Application: 

Beetroot sourdough can be drunk with dinner, for example. Some prefer to do it in the morning, on an empty stomach. Others - in the evening, before going to bed. 

Beetroot sourdough can also be used to make soups. It gives them a slightly sour taste, an appetising colour and an amazing aroma. You can use it to make a cooler, ideal for hot days, or red borscht for the holidays.

Use unpasteurised beetroot sourdough cold - high temperatures destroy its properties.

Gasification of sourdough: May gassy slightly, so do not shake the bottle before opening. The sourdough should be strongly cooled, in which case the carbonation will decrease.

Beetroot sourdough needs to be stored in the fridge (at around 4-10°C), both before and after opening. Therefore, once you receive your packet, store it in the fridge.
