Directions for use:
The Peruvian physalis is one of the fruits with which sweet and dry dishes can be complemented. It goes perfectly with salad, yoghurt, oatmeal or dessert. A few dried fruits can be added to a vegetable salad or mixed with nuts.
Dried Peruvian physalis also goes well with dry dishes, such as curry chicken, spicy couscous and roast duck (you add the fruit to the sauce).
