Key ingredients:

- Lactic acid - A small molecule AHA group acid gently exfoliates the top layers of dead skin, thus effectively smoothing the skin texture. By stripping the skin of the layer of keratinised cells, it increases the effectiveness of other cosmetic preparations. Has a moisturising effect due to its water binding properties in the upper layers of the epidermis. Stimulates the production of ceramides and glycosaminoglycans, rebuilding the skin's natural protective barrier and ensuring long-term hydration of the deeper layers of the epidermis.

- Tranexamic acid - An innovative ingredient that inhibits tyrosinase, the process of hyperpigmentation, giving the effect of a healthy-looking, rested complexion.

- Ectoin - Amino acid produced by more than a dozen species of bacteria. Effectively and long-lasting increases skin hydration levels. It has an anti-itching effect and provides immune protection to the skin.

- Trehalose - A naturally occurring saccharide that exhibits moisturising and anti-ageing properties.

- Panthenol - Provitamin B5. Its small molecules easily penetrate the skin, hair fibres and nail plate, thus strengthening and rebuilding their structure. It has a moisturising, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. It is suitable for dry, reddened, sensitive and irritated skin. When used in hair care, it also has a moisturising effect. 

Directions for use:

Step 1: Apply a thin and even layer of product to cleansed and dry face. Avoid the area around the eyes and mouth!

Step 2: After 10-20 minutes, wash off and gently pat skin dry.

Step 3: Follow up with your favourite serum and/or cream (acid- and retinoid-free).

Note: Apply 1-2 times a week. The product can be used all year round. For the daytime, apply a cream with SPF 50.

I am using a retinol cream, can I use the GLASS SKIN POWER PEEL?

How long after using a vitamin C serum can I use the GLASS SKIN POWER PEEL?
Vitamin C products can be used immediately after the GLASS SKIN POWER PEEL peel.

With which active ingredients should I not combine the peel in one skincare routine?
Do not combine GLASS SKIN POWER PEEL directly with retinoids, other products containing acids and copper peptides.

How many times a week can you use the peel?
For best results, use the peel 1-2 times a week.

Is there any burning sensation on the skin after application to the face?
The peeling does not cause irritation, but a slight burning sensation may occur with the first applications, especially in people who have never used acids or are after a long break.

For how long after using the peel should I apply sunscreen? (one week/month?)
It is recommended to apply sunscreen and avoid sun exposure for 3 weeks after stopping the peel.

Does the use of a peel exclude any cosmetic treatments?
Before more invasive treatments such as in-office exfoliation with acids, retinoids, micro-needle mesotherapy, laser therapy - it is advisable to consult your treatment provider well in advance.
