This aromatic, distinctive and bitter-tasting powder extracted from cocoa beans is a source of magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. Raw organic cocoa powder is characterised by its high content of dietary fibre. The finished product is mainly used to make chocolate.

Directions for use:
Raw cocoa is perfect as an addition to fruit cocktails, mousses, desserts and baked goods. It can also be made into a drinkable cocoa (although heat treatment may deprive it of some of its valuable ingredients).
Suggested serving: 10g daily (2 teaspoons). A pack contains 4 servings.
