Oatmeal can be used in many ways. The flakes are most often used to prepare the popular, traditional oatmeal very often eaten in the morning. They are high in dietary fibre and a source of protein.

Can be mixed with milk, kefir, buttermilk, yoghurt. They can be used to thicken sauces and stews. They are added to some breads, cakes, biscuits, diet bars and muesli.

Oatmeal recipe: In a saucepan, heat 200 ml of milk with honey (can be replaced with sugar or xylitol), add 4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal and cook for a while. Add for example grated apple, handful of nuts, cinnamon.

Storage: The product should be stored in tightly closed original packaging.
