Directions for use:
Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (30 g = 1 measure) in 200 ml of water, milk, shake or other beverage, mix thoroughly. Take 1 - 3 portions daily - before meals, after training or before bedtime. Contains sweeteners. The product contains a high protein content.
Precautions: Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied, nutritionally balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not intended for infants and young children.
