Method of preparation: 

Preparing SMART MEAL is incredibly easy and will take you less than a minute. 

Whole serving: Pour 100 g of product (2 scoops) into 400 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds.

Half Portion: Pour 50 g of product (1 measuring spoon) into 200 ml of milk/vegetable drink or water. Stir for 15 seconds.

Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from light. Once opened, consume the contents within 3 months. After mixing with liquid, drink within 3 hours provided the shake is stored at a temperature of not more than 22'C. If stored in the refrigerator, consume within 24 hours. Shake before consumption.
