Why are freeze-dried apricots so good?

Seasonal fruit is a real summer treasure. Unfortunately - they disappear quickly! Polish, sweet apricots were picked when they had the greatest features and full of flavor. So that the best of nature was subjected to a freeze-drying process. It consists in freezing the fruit, and then evaporating the water, omitting the solid addition. We saw completely natural, nutritionally rich apricots. The shape of the halves of the fruit has been preserved to make munching even more pleasant!
