Directions for use:

Morning smoothie: pour a solid teaspoon of Clotted Honey over lukewarm water and set aside in the refrigerator or on the counter overnight. In the morning, add a squeeze of lemon juice, stir and give to children to drink for a good day!

Natural bee honey crystallizes. Depending on the species, honey can crystallize from a few days to a year. It can be restored to liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but it should be protected from sunlight every day and not stored above 18°C.
