Raspberry vinegar has a dark pink, raspberry color and a deep, sweet and dry taste. Fragrant late summer, strongly fruity.

Ripening in the sun, Polish raspberries are picked and set for fermentation. The process itself is 100% natural - it is not accelerated, no additives have been added. It is not diluted with water or apple vinegar, because raspberry vinegar itself is perfect and very essential.

Who is raspberry vinegar for?

Raspberry vinegar is the perfect vinegar to start your adventure with vinegar flavors. If you have been afraid to try vinegar so far, or other classic suggestions did not appeal to you, raspberry vinegar is ready to help! Its delicate, fruity flavor is a perfect introduction to the dry taste of fermented beverages.

Directions for use:

It is best to drink raspberry vinegar about half an hour before a meal. Add about a tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of cool or lukewarm water (not hot!) and mix. Ice cubes can be added.

Raspberry vinegar is also an excellent base for salad dressings - raspberry vinaigrette is second to none, especially during summer parties and barbecues, where fresh salads reign supreme.

Can children drink raspberry vinegar?

Vinegar in smaller amounts (about 0.5-1 teaspoon per day) diluted in water can be given to children. We recommend drinking vinegar to children from 5-6 years of age, it is worth consulting a doctor or children's nutritionist beforehand.

Drinking raspberry vinegar during pregnancy

Unpasteurized vinegar, like all unpasteurized products, should be consumed by pregnant women after consulting a doctor.

Nutritional value per 100g:

The shelf life is 12 months after bottling. Vinegar can retain its properties for up to 5 years after opening! 

Over time, sediment may appear at the bottom of the raspberry vinegar bottle and an acetic mother may appear at the top; these are natural phenomena.
