Shea butter, sometimes also called karité butter, is an oil obtained from the seeds of the butter tree. It has a light creamy shade and a solid form, and when warmed (e.g. in the hands) changes to a liquid, more oily consistency - it dissolves easily, is deeply absorbed and nourishes the skin. Shea butter has excellent protective, lubricating, regenerating and highly nourishing properties, leaving the skin perfectly nourished, firmed and pleasantly taut.

Shea butter:

- when used regularly, it helps to counteract the dryness of the epidermis by forming a protective layer on the surface of the skin to stop excessive water evaporation. It is recommended for all skin types, including problematic, oily and acne-prone skin (although, when it comes to facial use, we do, of course, advise prudence and observation, due to its possible comedogenic potential).

- tightens and firms the skin, so it can prove to be an invaluable, powerful ally also in the fight against cellulite and stretch marks. However, it is important to remember that in order to observe the positive effects in this area, it must be used conscientiously and regularly, with a massage to further stimulate circulation. 

- it can be used on the skin of the entire body, as well as on the ends of the hair. It is quickly absorbed and does not leave behind an unpleasant greasy film.

- this shea butter is unrefined, obtained by the cold method.

Directions for use:

Warm a small amount of butter in your hands, apply to the skin and massage in circular motions until fully absorbed.

In case of irritation or allergy to any of the ingredients, discontinue use.
