Oil is characterised by anti-inflammatory effects and stimulating liver cell regeneration!
Obtained from the highest quality thistle seeds, thistle oil is produced by cold-pressing. Thistle oil is a source of Omega-3 fatty acids.
According to sources, thistle has an anti-inflammatory effect, in addition to stimulating the regeneration and production of new liver cells and, above all, detoxifying.

Directions for use:
It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of oil 2 times a day (daily portion 10ml)
Thistle oil is recommended for adults to supplement the diet with polyunsaturated fatty acids.
It is ideal for salads, salads and other cold dishes. Do not heat or fry food with cold-pressed thistle oil.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool and shaded place, out of the reach of small children. Once opened, store at 4-10°C for no longer than 3-4 weeks.
Natural sediment or cloudiness may precipitate - this is a natural phenomenon that does not affect the nutritional value of the oil.
