Oil is characterised by its dark green colour & strong anti-parasitic properties!

Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil has a dark green colour and a nutty aftertaste. It should be consumed cold - only then does it retain its beneficial properties. And there are a lot of them! The fat is known as a natural remedy against food parasites. The alkaloids it contains, specifically cucurbitacin - impair the nervous system of intruders and help to expel them from the body. Modern natural medicine uses pumpkin seed oil to nullify prostate hypertrophy, adding it to dietary supplements or recommending direct consumption. Cosmetics also benefit from its beneficial effects, recommending good quality pumpkin seed oil for the relief of stretch marks, for all skin types and as an addition to creams and scrubs.

Low-temperature pressing - no higher than 35 °C - guarantees the preservation of all valuable substances. As much as 80% of the fats contained in green gold are unsaturated fatty acids, mainly linoleic and oleic acid, i.e. sources of omega-6 and omega-9. Apart from these, the oil provides, among others: phytosterols, squalene, vitamins A, C, D, E and B vitamins, as well as zinc, potassium, selenium and beta-carotene. Squalene, present in pumpkin oil, is a powerful antioxidant showing anti-cancer effects and supporting liver defatting.
