Directions for use:

Apply the scrub evenly to a dry scalp before shampooing (holding the applicator close to the head), separating the hair into sections. Gently massage in a circular motion, leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and shampoo hair. Use once a week. Avoid contact with eyes.
