How do I use the My Beautiful Skin supplement kit during the day?

The following supplementation regimen is suggested:

Is it normal for me to have a "rash of pimples" after the golden trio?

During the first 1-2 weeks of supplementation, the skin condition may deteriorate and this is a normal reaction of the body. If, after that time, there is no improvement or the skin condition even worsens, the supplement should be discontinued, as it may indicate an absorption disorder or hypersensitivity to some component of the preparation. In this case, we also recommend contacting your doctor.

Why should SmartMe be stored in a refrigerator?

For the safety of the product immediately after opening it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator. In a product stored after opening at room temperature rancidity processes occur much faster. If the taste of the product is noticeably bitter, it can be assumed that the acid and peroxide values have increased significantly.

Can supplements be used during laser hair removal?

It is not recommended to use NewMe and SmartMe during laser treatments as they contain vitamin A.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use My Beautiful Skin?

When to take supplements - before, after or with a meal?

Its recommended to take products always after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. For example, if you experience heartburn or stomach pain after NewMe or herbal supplements, you can take the supplement during a meal. If your symptoms persist, stop taking it and consult your doctor.

Avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and carbonated drinks (especially those containing acids such as cola or pepsi) within an hour of taking the supplements.
