Have the My Perfect Hair kit supplements been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for the presence of mold, yeast, bacteria (including the presence of Escherichia coli, the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, the presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (the sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). How do I use the My Perfect Hair supplement kit during the day?

The following method of supplementation is suggested:

- NewMe - 1 capsule (day) after breakfast and 1 capsule (night) after dinner

- BeautyMe - after the 2nd breakfast (or during, if you add collagen to a shake for example

- SmartMe - 5 ml after dinner (or during the meal if you add oil to a salad for example)

When to take supplements - before, after or during a meal?

It is recommended to take the products after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort.

You can also take the BeautyMe supplement with a meal and add it to smoothies or shakes, for example. Collagen should not be added to warm drinks such as coffee, tea, soup etc. Collagen is a protein and can congeal, losing its properties.

Hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and fizzy drinks (especially those with acids in them such as cola or pepsi) should be avoided within an hour of consuming the supplements.

Can BeautyMe be mixed with hot meals?

BeautyMe supplement should not be added to warm drinks such as coffee, tea, soup etc. Collagen is a protein and can congeal, losing its properties.

Why should SmartMe be stored in the refrigerator?

For the safety of the product immediately after opening it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator. In a product stored at room temperature after opening, rancidity occurs much faster. If the taste of the product is noticeably bitter, it can be assumed that the acid and peroxide values have increased significantly.

Can supplements be used during laser hair removal?

It is not recommended to use NewMe and SmartMe during laser treatments as they contain vitamin A.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use My Perfect Hair?

A LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy. Remember that for your safety, we recommend consulting your doctor before any supplementation.

Are supplements calorie neutral?

Collagen is a protein, so the caloric value of the BeautyMe supplement is around 360 kcal per 100g, meaning that the recommended daily serving (3.8g) provides you with around 15 kcal. In contrast, there are 45 kcal in the SmartMe supplement (5 ml).

Is there a distance between medication and supplements?

For safety reasons, always keep a distance of at least 2 hours between medication (e.g. Metformin) and supplements.

If you are taking Isotec treatment, you can start NewMe supplementation 2 weeks after the end of treatment.

What does the 25-(OH)D test recommended for SmartMe mean?

The test involves determining the concentration of the first hydroxy derivative of vitamin D: calcidiol [25(OH)D], which is considered a marker of the body's vitamin D coverage.
