Directions for use:

Use a portion of the product (1 tablet), take 2 times a day, in the morning and in the afternoon after a meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 servings a day (2 tablets). I try not to use VitaRose with the evening meal, because the product contains large doses of B vitamins, which have a little energizing effect and I might have trouble falling asleep.

Food supplement. The product is intended for physically active people over 18 years of age. Do not eat if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
