Recommended intake:

Can I use the BalanceMe supplement if I have type 1 diabetes or am taking diabetes medication?

BalanceMe food supplement was developed for people with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes; however, if you are taking medication, we suggest you consult your doctor or dietitian for supplementation. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease in which the pancreas is damaged by antibodies produced by the body and the system stops producing the hormone that regulates blood sugar levels. The mechanism is therefore quite different here.

What HealthLabs supplements can I combine BalanceMe with?

You can combine the BalanceMe supplement with products such as ThyroMe Complex, Vitamin D Natural+, CurcuminMe, Vitamin B Complex, ShroomMe or OmegaMe.

However, BalanceMe supplementation should not be combined with DetoxMe and HarmonyMe, as the herbal ingredients in both supplements may interact.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use the BalanceMe supplement?

LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
