Have the My Hormones in Balance kit supplements been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for the presence of mold, yeast, bacteria (including the presence of Escherichia coli, the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, the presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (the sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). How do I use My Hormones in Balance supplement kit during the day?

The following supplementation regimen is suggested:

- ProbioticMe - 1 capsule (day) after breakfast and 1 capsule (night) after dinner

- ProtectMe immune+ - 2 capsules after the 2nd breakfast and then 2 capsules after dinner

- HealMe - 10 ml after dinner

I have bloating/abdominal pain/diarrhea/constipation/gas after the ProbioticMe supplement, is this normal?

In the first 10 days of probiotic use, you may experience similar symptoms, but if after this time there is no improvement and the discomfort persists, then you should discontinue the ProbioticMe supplement because it is likely that the probiotic strains it contains are not suitable for your body.

Should I store the HealMe supplement in the fridge?

It is not necessary to store the HealMe supplement in the fridge. It is sufficient to store in a sealed container at room temperature of 15-25° C, but if you prefer to drink the oil when it is cold, you can store it in the refrigerator.

Should I keep a distance between my medication and supplements?

For safety reasons, always keep a distance of at least 2 hours between medications (such as an antibiotic) and supplements. Do not combine ProbioticMe with medications or supplements that may destroy the good probiotic bacteria (e.g. HealMe).

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use My Hormones in Balance?

A LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy. Remember that for your safety, we recommend consulting your doctor before any supplementation.

When to take supplements - before, after or with a meal?

It is recommended to take the products after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort.

You can also take HealMe oil with a meal, adding it to smoothies, shakes or salads.

Within an hour of taking the supplements, avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and fizzy drinks (especially those containing acids, such as cola or pepsi).
