Thermal iodine-bromine salt is a highly mineralized salt containing a high concentration of minerals such as iodine, bromine, calcium, magnesium, silicon and selenium. It is widely used in brine and cosmetic baths. Due to its fine crystalline structure it is also perfect for peeling. It moisturizes, nourishes and smoothes the skin. It is recommended for skin care with cellulite. Bathing in iodine-bromine salt helps regenerate after physical effort, relaxes and unwinds. Firms the skin.

Directions for use:

Cosmetic bath: pour 200 grams of salt into a tub of warm water. Add 5-10 drops of your favourite essential oil to the bath.

Salt bath: Prepare a bath of 36 - 38°C and a salt concentration in water equal to 1-5% (a 1% solution is obtained by dissolving 1000 grams of salt in 100 litres of water). It is best to take the bath in the evening before going to bed. The duration of the bath is 10-20 minutes. The baths are best taken in a series of 10 sessions every other day twice a year or as a one-off treatment.

Body peeling: Apply the salt combined with cosmetic base oil (e.g. jojoba or argan oil) to the skin and exfoliate in a circular motion. Then rinse the body with water without using cleansing cosmetics.
