- Beebread - as much as 9% ground feather inside - sheer goodness straight from the hive! It has a strengthening and regenerating effect after illnesses, the power of vitamins and elements such as potassium, iron, selenium, magnesium, copper and silicon

- Bee pollen - 9% of bee pollen known to be full of vitamins and trace elements, the treatment of which is recommended for immunity. The pollen has been ground to increase its absorption capacity even further.

- Quince - as much as 5% freeze-dried Polish quince. This is the famous powerhouse of our grandmothers' immunity formulas.

- Ginger - warms, stimulates and puts you back on your feet - for years! 

- Royal jelly - bees feed on it during the period of intensive growth. It is the most valuable and nutritious bee product

Directions for use:

Daily menu: Add it to tea, spread it on sandwiches. It has a distinctive flavour and colour, definitely enhances the taste of dishes. Also recommended solo, straight from the spoon. 

Morning smoothie: Pour a solid spoonful of the Honey over lukewarm water and set aside on the kitchen counter overnight. In the morning, add a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice, stir the sediment from the bottom and drink to health. This is the perfect smoothie for a healthy start to the morning!

Precautions: The honey contains pollen, feather and royal jelly, as well as multi-flower honey. Do not consume if you have a sensitivity or allergy to the ingredients of the product. It is best to start with small amounts, observing the body's reactions.
