Black cumin oil can be given to children just after the age of 12 months. It is best to start with a few drops and gradually increase according to the directions:
- children after the age of 1 and 2 years ¼ teaspoon a day
- children 3 - 5 years ½ teaspoon a day
- children 6 years and older - 1 teaspoon a day
Note, before giving the oil to a child, make sure that there is no allergy in the toddler - watch after giving a few drops to see if there is an allergic reaction.
