Oxymel is Latin for oxy - vinegar, and miel - honey. Vinegar and honey, can it get any better? Well, it can: vegetables and spices are macerated in vinegar in a slow process to extract the best for health. The result is an oxymel that is milder in taste, potent in action and all the more dense with natural goodness.

Recommended intake:

Oxymel is administered to children from 24 months of age

Dosage starts with 0.5 teaspoonful - either in a drink or on its own

After about a week increase to 1 teaspoon

Ideally administered with the first meal.
