Method of preparation: 

Dissolve one 80g serving (4 full scoops) in 400ml of cold / lukewarm water or vegetable drink. Then mix well.

Precautions: Do not consume if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.  The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from light. Once opened, the contents should be consumed within 3 months. After blending with liquid, drink within 3 hours provided the shake is stored at a temperature no higher than 22'C. If stored in the refrigerator, consume within 24 hours. Shake before consumption.
